The order will be shipped immediately on confirmation of payment. 

We accept returns on defected merchandise, goods will exchanged or credited  if returned within 12 days from the date of shipment. 

We hold stock of all items on our website. 

If some of the ordered items are not available, payment will be be kept as credit against next order.

Postage for returning goods or exchange must be borne by customers and postage for replacing goods will be handled by body jewelry shopping .com

Telegraphic Transfer. Bank details will be given with the pro-forma invoice. For larger value orders this method of payment is preferred. Orders less than US$ 500.00 Pay Pal and Credit Card are our preferred method.
